We are looking for an accomplished Account Manager to develop relationships with key stakeholders within the client organisations, providing a key point of contact for the customer whilst facilitating the flow of information between both sides.

  • Commercially astute.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of customer focus and how to embed it within organisational culture and process.
  • Demonstrates experience of conflict management, exhibiting a robust and resilient character and capable of communicating clearly and calmly whilst under pressure.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK, approximately 3 days per week.
  • General business management skills, with a proven record of innovation and change management and of delivering demonstrable benefits to the organisation.
