The role of the Delivery Manager is to lead the Identity Management & Access Governance team; ensuring that their services meet current and future business needs, to provide appropriate oversight of the key control processes associated with identity management, to manage internal and external audit activity associated with the topic, to exercise commercial management and to set strategic direction.

  • Providing active leadership to create an engaged and high performing team.
  • Being able to adapt personal style to build rapport and trust in order to deliver service, in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Being commercially focused when delivering managed services using third party suppliers .
  • Provide leadership for significant service events, including cross team co-ordination.
  • Maintaining a broad understanding of the direction of the business to support forward planning and effective delivery of service.
  • Responding to rapidly evolving customer needs to ensure services are constantly meeting operational demands, taking into account contractual and commercial implications.
  • Lead proactive initiatives to develop, continuously improve and future proof the quality of Service Operations for customers and shareholders.
  • Engage with stakeholders internally and externally to fully understand business needs and align services to meet these needs.
  • Lead, design and implement effective controls to ensure service continuity is proactively maintained and maximised, to demonstrate adherence with the governance framework.

  • Experience or demonstrated understanding of an Information Security environment
  • Experience of leading teams through change
