Overview

Our client, a leading international information and communication technology provider is looking for multiple service delivery managers to join their Defence and National Security division. This role will involve leading the service delivery to customer(s) in order to deliver contracted service commitments & continual service improvements as well as being accountable for the forecasting and management of the account P&L (orders, revenue & margin), balance sheet, and cash.

You will, in conjunction with the customer identify & define requirements for new services, ensuring such services are professionally introduced & accepted into service, proactively leading internal and external suppliers in a service partnership as one service team.
