My Client is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Analyst/Service Analyst to join their team. Acting as a number 2 to the Service Delivery Manager you will be accountable for producing service reports and supporting escalations. You will take ownership of service improvement plans, highlighting potential improvements and creating new plans if appropriate. You will be building best ITIL practices including Incident Management, Service Catalogues, Configuration Management to name a few. Solid stakeholder management is expected as is exposure to the ITIL framework.
