Service Change Manager

My client, a large multinational technology company, is looking for a Service Change Lead to join them on-site in Solihull based on a 3-month contract.

Role Accountabilities

  • The successful candidate will report directly to the Lead SDM and will be responsible for managing and overseeing operational change management
  • You will deliver a specialist service management function within or into an account
  • You will also lead on elements of service delivery to lower management level within the customer(s) in order to deliver contracted service commitments & continual service improvements.
  • Analyze and reports on details of issues and updates stakeholders accordingly
  • Review the process and associated activities for efficiency and effectiveness and makes recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage the resolution of incidents to agreed service levels
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the Change Management procedures

Key Skills

  • Experienced in managing operational change management
  • Ability to analyze and report detail/issues to stakeholders
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with leading elements of service deliver to lower management levels
