SAP Senior Service Analyst

3-6 Months



  • Ensure compliance with the ITSLA for the ERP service
  • Escalation of service issues and potential ITSLA breaches
  • Delivery and workload management
  • Process management, ensuring all appropriate processes are adhered to
  • Quality Management, ensuring appropriate quality control is undertaken
  • Management of access to the live environment for the live support team
    supporting a service
  • Work Planning & Management. Service Improvement
  • Prioritisation of incident and problem resolution with the client and support teams
  • Risk analysis of changes into the ERP live service


  • Supporting day to day provision of a live service
  • A lot of the role is analysis of data around performance of the live service
  • Involved in the day-to-day running of the service like fixes and priorities
  • SAP is advantageous but not essential
  • *Live service experience needed on supporting services on a day to day basis*
  • ITIL certification is beneficial but not essential - more of a knowledge of it is required
  • They will support the HR and finance systems
  • Strong comms skills for communication with clients
  • Strong Excel knowledge due to analysis of data
  • Incident recording/reporting ideal
