Moreover, being able to strike a balance between an analytical process of thinking, whilst having a creative flair is also a must in this position.
The position:
The overall purpose of the position is to implement SEO strategies, and best practices, in order to help support the business goals of clients, by helping them reach their goals and KPIs. The role is hands-on, meaning you will be responsible for SEO project management, including client communications to achieve their targets using both internal and client-side resources.
Aside from strong SEO skills, both on the technical and content side, the candidate must also possess great communication skills, and be confident in handling client and internal meetings, and attend new business pitches (in support of the business development team).

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Produce and implement SEO strategies for several clients.
* Produce new strategies and techniques and find new ways for the continuation and development of client strategy.
* Support client performance management activities across the team, including optimisation activities, innovations towards client performance, daily checks, and best practice processes.
* Undertake data analysis to spot trends, patterns, issues, and successes. Identify and troubleshoot anomalies within SEO data and take measured action to correct any.
* Monitor market trends to support internal growth and optimise efficiency strategies.
* Provide ongoing content ideas to continue and increase organic flow.
* Monitor insights from data to ensure accurate and actionable reporting.
* An understanding of the impact of your recommendations and solutions will have for client KPIs and ROI.
* Take sole responsibility for account management of SEO projects as well as being part of the implementation team.
* Basic understanding of web design, HTML/CSS and JavaScript, and having the ability to communicate effectively with developers.
Personal Requirements:
* Degree level education or equivalent/relevant work experience.
* Experience and success in SEO/SEM Marketing.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills.
* Proven time management skills to meet deadlines.
* Experience of link acquisition.
* Attention to detail.
* Negotiation skills.
* Strong organisation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Thrives working in a team environment.
* A basic level of HTML, WordPress, DataStudio knowledge
* Familiarity with Moz, ScreamingFrog, aHrefs, SEMRush, etc
