The duration of the role is 6 months.
The location of the role is Paddington, London (hybrid remote working - ideally 1-2 days in the office per week).
The pay rate on offer is £600 - £650 per day.
The client is an iconic, multinational high-street retailer.
Summary
Working on customer loyalty propositions for a large high-street retailer. Work covering both web and app UX/UI design.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the product design work for the loyalty paid membership proposition development (UX & UI Design). May include:
- Competitor / market analysis (customer/design focused)
- Team design ideation session facilitation
- Design sketches / mood boards
- Design assets/wireframes for any small tests (if necessary)
- Research observation and apply research findings to iterations of prototypes
- Design end to end customer journey based on proposition (inc. unhappy paths/break points)
- Create interaction designs that explore and capture screen flows, customer interactions, logic behind the interaction
- Prepare relevant design assets (for illustration / stakeholder engagement)
- Prepare design assets/wireframes for delivery (cross device, break points etc.)
- Produce designs/prototypes for concept testing
- Use the business' design system appropriately, and ensure all components are updated back into the design system
- Lead design work across subscription concepts that emerge (based on priority). See list above for possible tasks.
- Be an active member of the Next Gen loyalty mission team - engaging in the team processes, stakeholders around the business, and ways of working
- Work as part of the wider UX Team, sharing ideas with other designers across the business in crits, playbacks, and various team sessions.
