Senior Transition Manager


3-6 months

Key responsibilities for Transition Manager include:

  • To Verify Documents handed over by Sales
  • To identify Milestones and mechanism for controls
  • To identify Risk/Issues and prepare mitigation plans
  • To prepare detail Transition plan , tools and techniques to be used
  • To execute plan , scope creep and reporting
  • To ensure ORA plan in place and executed by delivery
  • To prepare knowledge Acquisition Plan for the KT
  • To monitor , track and report KT progress
  • To identify documentation available and gaps if any
  • To initiate drafting in-scope processes with definitions and touch points
  • To finalise on RACI and touch points
  • To ensure delivery understands the processes
  • To provide all information wrt infra components, config details and access & tool requirements to delivery
  • To report if all KTR's have relevant access, connectivity in place
  • Track with delivery to closure on the finance related requirement
  • To establish and set authorization process and invoicing mechanics
  • To manage transition budget
  • To identify staffing requirement and co-ordinate with delivery and recruitment team
  • To identify ticket backlog and mechanism to manage them at cut-over
  • To identify ongoing project and mechanism to handle their impact on transition.

The Transition Manager should deliver the project against contracts, meet (or exceed) client expectations, achieve project targets.

EUS experience is desirable
