Working From Home, Remote, Senior Test Analyst, Utilities, Billing, Water, Salesforce, CRM, Outside IR35
My leading client is looking for a Senior Test Analyst for Billing / CRM project - so ideally you have experience of working in the either Utilities / Water industry would be helpful. You will be develop test scripts based on Business Processes & User Stories. You will identify positive and negative scenarios for testing and deliver relevant data for testing. You will execute test scripts and find and report defects
Key Skills:
- Strong Testing experience including script development and test execution
- Utilities / Water Sector
- Billing
- Excellent understanding of common testing methods
- Testing in a BAU environment including identification of test requirements
- Functional understanding of Salesforce CRM
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite - strong knowledge of Excel
- Good communication skills with the ability to describe defects in a clear and concise manner
- Capable of dealing with both business and technical team members
