In this customer facing role, you will play a lead role in helping to shape & innovative customer solutions, solutions that can be delivered in an effective, efficient and profitable manner. With responsibility for technical ownership of strategic accounts and customers across the business, you will provide oversight and guidance to help identify new opportunities. The role will help to understand given market sectors, including competitor analysis and routes to market, positioning our service and product portfolio effectively for maximum gain. You will also be responsible for maintaining senior stakeholder network within our customer base, to help drive through future sales, supporting business development functions.The successful candidate will also responsible for working with the internal business to understand changes in the technical operation capability to support continuous service improvement and the introduction of new offerings to the portfolio, that help address complex customer requirements. You will help to ensure that our Service Portfolio remains relevant to the market and working with stakeholders across various levels of the business to influence how we evolves. The role will also lead the Technical Relationship Management capability, responsible for day to day team operation, effort and output. Working with the team to improve process of the capability, streamlining the team's efforts and ensuring that the capability remains relevant to our strategic direction.The FitThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of Business Led Consultancy, able to work with senior stakeholders up to board level and effectively manage a portfolio of accounts. You will also have technical skills including architecture approaches, particularly at an enterprise level (ideally within Cyber Security), able to discuss complex technical issues & sell solutions from our Cyber portfolio of products, services or capabilities where appropriate.Your passion for technology will allow you to embrace new ways of working & emerging technologies.
