About your new role:

This position provides a great opportunity for contribution to a dynamic Supply Chain team within a cross-functional environment. You will have the opportunity to work with different stakeholders, across different functions in a newly implemented direct-to-pharmacy distribution model.

Duties will include:

  • Alignment with major trade customers for delivery of supply chain solutions that are beneficial to both parties,
  • Work across the broader supply chain team to implement initiatives from trade customer reviews and support KAM in delivery of agreed Joint Business Plans
  • Monitor trade customer demand and take action where abnormal demand patterns threaten continuity of patient supply,
  • Perform detailed analysis of trade flows and prepare monthly reports on trade impact and make proposals to improve adherence to SISO, SIT, LIM process and commercial policy,
  • Ensure full compliance with regulations and corporate procedures, in particular: Competition law, Good Distribution Practice, Sales In Sales Out (SISO) and SIT policies, Local commercial policy, GPS demand to cash guidelines and policies

About you:

  • Experience in a similar supply chain role within a highly regulated market,
  • Excellent analytical skills, able to analyse different data sets and identify demand trends. Able to develop, understand and act on business KPI'
  • Strong in developing processes and system as well as using ERP, Business Intelligence tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent knowledge of compliance in SOX, and GDP,
