- Responsible to ensure that SAP HR Test environments are configured and maintained in a multi-application/software environment to facilitate all testing requirements
- Plan, prepare Test Plans, schedules and assist in the provision estimations of effort from business related documents e.g. Requirement Specifications
- Observe and adhere to test schedules, measure and report progress on all test execution in accordance with the agreed timescales.
The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 - HCM Core and SAP HCM Portal along with extensive SAP HCM testing experience required, minimum 2 years testing of the following SAP HCM modules - Modules experience on SAP HCM Core, OM - Organisational Management, PA - Personnel Administration, TM Time Management (including Time Evaluation) , PY - Payroll, CE - Concurrent Employment, SAP HCM Portal, ESS Employee Self-Service ,MSS Manager Self-Service. Any experience of using recognised Test Management, ITIL Foundation, Educated to degree level or industry equivalent, IT related qualification such as: ISEB/ISTQ Foundation Level.
