My Edinburgh based client is working to positively impact their sector and industry. They are currently recruiting for a Senior Product Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. Located in a prime city centre office, the successful candidate will be joining an effective team and a great culture with extensive development opportunities.

The Senior Product Manager will be joining the product team, working closely with designers and developers to produce a product to positively impact the industry and support consumers. This role will also be responsible for mentoring junior product managers and building a strong product led culture. As well as encouraging and enabling a learning environment, with knowledge sharing and mentoring.

This role will involve grasping an in-depth understanding of both internal and external customers, outlining key measures to ensure the company understand the customers and the level at which customer needs are met. Effectively determine and communicate the vision of the product and ensure a collaborative approach from the team. Creating strong relationships and effective communication with engineers and design teams.

Skills & Experience

  • Expertise in customer-focused product development, through out all stages of product life cycle.
  • Experience in a commercial product management.
  • Ability to work in an ever changing environment.
  • Understanding of data and strong analytical skills
  • The ability to work closely with a range of team members.
  • Understanding and experience working closely with UX Designers.
  • Experience working in an agile environment as well as working with scrums.
