Senior Payroll Administrator - Competitive Salary- Portsmouth

Looking for an individual to join this FTSE 100 Business as a Senior Payroll Administrator working out of their Portsmouth office.

You will participate in the timely and accurate payment of all payees on all occasions, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

This is a great opportunity for a payroll professional to join a prestigious, world leading business.

Major Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

  • Accurate updating of staff records via the Company Payroll System
  • Efficient Production and maintenance Monthly report.
  • Accurate checking and reconciling of payroll reports to Legacy Payroll Systems.
  • Efficient transmission of correct BACS File for payments
  • Ensuring Statutory & Company Rules are correctly adhered to.
  • Accurate Monthly reconciliation for tax, NI and pension contributions.
  • Timely Process of Correct Employee Payments.

Qualification/ Skills & Attributes:

  • Min 5yrs Current Payroll Experience
  • Administration skills essential
  • GCSE in Maths & English
  • Good Microsoft Office IT skills
