We are looking for a talented Senior Marketing Manager to join our client on an initial 3 month contract based in central London.

The role holder will design, create and manage campaigns and communications programmes to our client's Mobile customer base to drive NPS throughout the customer life-cycle, increase the value of our customers in-life and proactively prevent churn.

Essential Experience
· Marketing and / or Commercial experience in a customer base marketing team, within the Consumer Mobile sector
· Proven experience in large scale, dynamic or personalised BTL campaigns using email, SMS, MMS and direct mail for both revenue generation and retention - budget management of over £2m
· Demonstrable experience of working with complex segmentation and propensity models
· Evidence of having developed capability to improve campaign effectiveness or efficiency
· Evidence of taking a test and learn approach to marketing campaigns, showing continuous improvement
· Experience of working with Agencies, Data Teams, Sales, Service and digital Teams to deliver a communications strategy
· Demonstrable experience of managing multiple BTL agencies across multiple campaigns

· A large part of this role will involve stakeholder management due to the complexity of the customer base, the role holder must be able to demonstrate that they can work across teams with different priorities in a non-political, non-territorial manner to deliver what is right for the customer base. The role holder must be able to take colleagues with them on the customer journey
· Must be able to analyse results of campaigns and provide recommendations on how to improve performance
· Passionate about operational execution of the base comms and willing to work in close collaboration with operational teams in CS and Sales call centre environments
· Demonstrated proactive and solutions focussed thinking, to help drive the business forward and exceed targets
