My client a large global financial services brand is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive on a initial 3 month contract basis.

This position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Marketing Executive to drive Marketing in the UK. The successful candidate will play an important role within the UK team, focused on delivering client-centric marketing initiatives to our Corporate and Small Business Customer audiences.

Relationship competencies will be key to successfully working closely with our Field colleagues, along with other internal partners, central teams and agencies. The successful candidate will bring experience in marketing and excellent project management and communication skills.


Execute the UK Customer Marketing strategy and communications plan, delivering campaigns to drive Customer satisfaction.

  • Marketing campaigns: Responsible for end to end campaign execution across channels such as email comms, direct mail, online, social, and events. Includes agency briefings; managing artwork creation (in and out of house); processing data requests; and overseeing deployment (in and out of house)
  • Online and offline content and collateral management: Own the UK marketing materials and drive awareness and usage amongst business partners. Includes managing ongoing collateral updates; maintaining content on shared portals; establishing best in class processes and Customer contact treatments
  • Agency management: Brief and manage agency partners to efficiently and effectively drive campaigns. Includes creative agencies; digital partners; printers; etc
  • Stakeholder management: Work in close collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders, such as Account Development Managers, to understand requirements, priorities and optimise processes
  • Reporting: In collaboration with Product and Insights teams, manage reporting dashboards to track and measure campaign performance
  • Budget management: Ownership of the vendor payments process for UK Customer Marketing


  • 3+ years direct experience in Marketing, covering multi-channels including email comms; digital; direct mail; social; and collateral.
  • Experience developing customer-centric communications and messaging, including copywriting
  • Strong Project Management skills and track record of successful project planning, management and delivery, including excellent multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
  • Strong analytical, conceptual thinking and forecasting skills to deliver campaign effectiveness across multiple channels
  • Experience managing marketing vendors, including creative agencies and printers
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills proven across a large matrix organisation
  • Very high level of attention to detail
  • Able to work independently under own initiative
  • Experience working with Sales and Account Development organisations is a plus
  • Digital Marketing experience preferable
