You will have strong problem-solving skills and a desire to take ownership and complete assigned tasks, You have the ability to multi task and have good time management skills Responsible For Resolving support issues raised by clients via phone and email.Making sure clients are regularly updated on the progress of issue resolution.Providing telephone and on-site technical advice and support.Maintaining internal systems.Providing exceptional customer servicePerform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hardware and software related to desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.Desired Skills Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange; Office 365; Microsoft Windows XP, 7, 8 &10 knowledge; desktop applications, Office and Sage. a strong understanding network infrastructure.Hyper-V, Hyper-V Clustering, SANs, Networking VLANs. Understanding of SQL. VoIP experience Additional Information Some out of hours work will be required. Full driving licence is essential.
