Our Client is a leading provider of, CRMs and Financial IT systems to SMEs throughout the UK. They are seeking a Senior IT Support Analyst to join their busy IT Support Team. You will have strong problem-solving skills and a desire to take ownership and complete assigned tasks, You have the ability to multi task and have good time management skills
Responsible For
- Resolving support issues raised by clients via phone and email.
- Making sure clients are regularly updated on the progress of issue resolution.
- Providing telephone and on-site technical advice and support.
- Maintaining internal systems.
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hardware and software related to desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Desired Skills
Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange; Office 365; Microsoft Windows XP, 7, 8 &10 knowledge; desktop applications, Office and Sage. a strong understanding network infrastructure.
Hyper-V, Hyper-V Clustering, SANs, Networking VLANs. Understanding of SQL. VoIP experience
Additional Information
Some out of hours work will be required.
Full driving licence is essential.
