Job Title: Senior Field Marketing Manager - Campaigns

Location: Surrey

Salary: £60k - £65k + bonus

Our client is a leading software (SAAS) company with a global presence. They are currently undergoing a strong period of growth and are looking to bolster their team with an experienced Senior Field Marketing Manager to collaborate with corporate marketing to develop, execute and manage results through highly targeted multi-channel field marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

  • Plan, design and execute campaign while managing all project delivery elements within timeline. This includes, but is not limited to, campaign messaging, Eloqua segmentation & profiling, salesforce.com campaign set-up, identification of key content, writing highly impactful & crisp messages, stakeholder communication
  • Determine and execute promotional communication strategies for visibility within markets and to increase campaign impact
  • Manage campaign schedule and resources to drive cross-functional collaboration and orchestrate communication
  • Conduct campaign research, gather information and provide campaign recommendations to the wider marketing team
  • Manage and track campaign budgets each quarter as aligned with initial allocation.
  • Complete post-campaign analytics /reports regarding outcomes and lead generation to stakeholders and marketing leadership
  • Cooperate cross functionally with marketing and PR to promote and publicise campaign activity
  • Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems regarding campaign execution/plan
  • Negotiate vendor contracts for 3rd party marketing partners

Experience

  • With exposure to multiple teams, this is a highly-matrixed role. Candidates need to be have deep/advanced knowledge of multi-channel campaign management and integration execution. As well as be strategic thinkers, hands-on, highly organised, detail oriented, and have a natural view on ownership and cost whilst driving revenue for the business
  • Very strong project management skills, creative thinking and analytical ability


Required Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of Eloqua & Salesforce (5+ years preferred)
  • Understanding of lead generation process and digital marketing
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Advanced copywriting skills
  • 7+ years multi-channel campaign execution experience
  • IT or Enterprise software marketing experience
