The Job

The Facility Operations Manager has operational responsibility to lead property strategy across hard and soft FM) within the group property division. This role is responsible for assessing and leading performance improvement projects whilst implementing performance improvement plans across the group function.

The Fit

  • You must have a background and experience of working in a similar senior level role across hard and soft services within a large complex organisation
  • Member of BFIM / IWFM
  • Strong proven leadership and process management skills
  • Excellent experience of complex diverse estate and difficulties to run an operation
  • Ability to influence over stakeholders
  • Experience of managing change and transformation programmes
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong behavioural skills such as being self-motivated and driven, a good work ethic and a drive to succeed
  • A background in a technical discipline will be beneficial
  • Having Hands on experience on the side of Facilities maintenance is highly desirable
