The Opportunity:

As a Digital Security Consulting Senior Consultant, you'll play a key role in defining and delivering Cyber Security, Risk, Resilience, Privacy and Information Management solutions for our clients. The range of work we undertake is wide and varied, including risk assessments, information security, data privacy and management, business resilience and IT audit, with a client base across all industries and markets in both the Private and Public sector. We are looking for experienced senior consultants with a broad portfolio of skills and experience rather than deep expertise in a single specialism.

Technical skills - Experience and knowledge of assessing, designing and implementing capabilities and solutions in some or all of our Core Subjects:

  • Cyber Security Management & Assurance
  • Security Strategy and Solutions
  • Operational Risk and Business Resilience
  • Data Privacy and Protection
  • Information Assurance

Skills we'd like:

  • Significant experience and understanding of delivering in multiple business environments and market verticals
  • Extensive understanding of the legislation and International Standards relating to the Core Subjects, especially if you have implemented or made some contribution to the development of these
  • Certification in one or more Security disciplines such as CISSP, CISA etc
  • Understanding and experience of working with Cloud technologies and solutions
  • Previous experience in consultancy roles
  • Working in globally distributed workforce environments, including offshore models
  • Experience in integrating digital solutions into an organisation`s strategy, vision, and aspirations
  • Awareness and insight into current and developing market and industry trends, and their potential impact on our clients
  • Data and Business requirements gathering and analysis

Your day-to-day responsibilities are likely to include:

  • Delivery of consultancy and advice direct to clients on assignments
  • Leading client engagements and taking responsibility for delivery and customer management
  • Management and mentoring of junior consultants
  • Support and drive our business development by leading or providing expert contribution to Bids/Proposals/Propositions or Offerings
  • Identify and develop business opportunities with existing and new clients
  • Build strong relationships with customers and industry leaders
  • Maintain detailed awareness and understanding of current and future developments in business models and technology evolution that will change or disrupt existing business activities

This role is available UK Wide. Our Practice supports clients throughout the UK&I and works closely with our colleagues in the Northern Europe and Asia Pacific regions to support international clients. Candidates do need to be fully flexible and ready to travel to and operate from client sites, and must be eligible for, or already possess, UK SC clearance.
