Senior Cyber Security Sales Manager - Critical National Infrastructure

Role Overview

As our client's Cyber business continues to grow, we are looking to appoint an experienced Sales Manager to join the Enterprise Cyber Sales team. Reporting to the Sales Lead, you will be responsible for Cyber Sales across Critical National Infrastructure clients, selling a range of services designed to increase digital resilience. These will include:

  • Security Health Check testing (Pen Testing)
  • Cyber Exercising
  • Accelerated Solutions Development & Decision Support
  • Security Transformation & Fix
  • Cyber Security Alert Monitoring (SOC)
  • Threat Monitoring
  • Incident Response

Key Accountabilities Include:

  • Identify and develop new business propositions
  • Maximise deliverability and profitability of sales within Foundation Sales area for a major client or group of clients. Sales target will typically exceed £5M+
  • Accountable for personal and team sales progression Foundation Sales area of major opportunities (typically including >£2M deals) into client(s)
  • Works collaboratively with wider sales teams to support and project manage cross sales team initiatives
  • Leadership and progression of a portfolio of opportunities
  • Leading and wining major business - changing deals
  • Support the growth and development of the sales in a delivery stream ensuring ability to achieve on promise
  • Ensures that their own performance positively impacts the performance of the wider sales and delivery teams
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrate high value selling in all opportunities and activities
  • Development and delivery of the sales pipeline
  • Influence decisions through sound advice and judgement
  • Accurate forecasting and delivery of target.

The role can be based from any of the UK offices as travel will be involved.

Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will have previous demonstrable experience in a sales role, with a highly developed ability to effectively negotiate at a senior level both internally and externally. You will be skilled at managing relationships, able to demonstrate a proven track record of influencing at senior levels.

Ideally you will have sales experience with Critical National Infrastructure organisations, with relevant knowledge of the core products mentioned above. More importantly will your desire to exceed targets, represent the organisation in an effective and professional manner and your ability to build long standing and trusted relationships.
