Managed Service Providers (MSPs) - Infrastructure. The Infrastructure MSP will be responsible for the processing and network enabling hardware and software and the core system management and security functions. Both man portable and platform installed.

The Contractor shall provide project management support to the Project Leads by acting as the Infrastructure MSP Project Manager (PM) in delivering the Infrastructure MSP Project through its lifecycle.

The Infrastructure MSP Project's lifecycle shall include capturing and updating the requirement and creation and updates to associated documentation required to run a competition project managing the competition; and project managing the Infrastructure MSP Contractor. The Infrastructure MSP PM shall utilise generic project management tools and skills in Section 4.1 to deliver the Infrastructure MSP Project.

Pre-Competition Phase. The Contractor shall produce the documentation and provide support to the clients Commercial Team for the non-commercial elements required in Tender Preparation.

The Contractor shall work with the BATCIS Commercial Team to create, manage, produce and maintain an Early Competition Data Pack that includes the documentation required to start the procurement process.

Final Competition Data Pack. The Contractor shall create, manage and maintain produce a Final Competition Data Pack that includes the documentation required to enter the tender phase of the procurement process.
