Effective management of business integration and operations to enable and support confident, compliant delivery International's established subsidiary businesses, aligned with the companies Group International Operating Framework (IOF)

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensuring International Subsidiary Business Operations are compliant with Group's International Operating Framework
  • Single POC for working with operations teams across the businesses International's established subsidiaries
  • Interpreting and communicating Governance requirements for International subsidiaries
  • Providing expert advice and access to key stakeholders during the establishment of new entities/acquisitions
  • Responsible for leading the ongoing delivery of operations for International businesses through collaboration and engagement as part of a matrix organisation

  • Responsible for leading Continued Improvement programmes for the International business through collaboration and engagement as part of a matrix organisation. Specifically, this role will act as the International POC for CIP within Group
  • Maintaining effective channels of communication and liaison with all Corporate functions (Commercial, Supply Chain, HSE, Operations, Group Property, Security, lS etc) ensuring awareness, compliance, alignment and integration with the appropriate Principles
  • Responsible for delivering an effective environment that facilitates vibrant and collaborative teams in line with the companies leadership behaviours and values
  • Through partnership and communication, work across business and functional boundaries within the business to create collaborative working relationships.
  • Recognised as the go-to person for Operations based enquiries for the International Business

Key Capabilities/Knowledge

  • A respected Leader able to think on feet and confidently make and take decisions
  • Able to challenge the status quo, and influence effective processes in the delivery of operations for the company
  • Significant track record of success in the delivery of compliant operations for an International Business or International Businesses
  • Operations leadership for group and subsidiary entities
  • Proven capability of managing complex stakeholder maps, ideally in an international arena
  • Development of a continuous improvement approach
  • Good understanding of Group-wide issues and the ability to provide and deliver solutions for resolution

  • Energetic leader who can motivate a large, diverse team to deliver effectively
  • Able to make and stand behind difficult decisions, bringing key stakeholders with them
  • Working in a cross-culture environment
