Senior Business Change Manager


Looking for a Lead Change Manager to own a sector in a federated environment, this is a brand new team so there is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark!!
Experience of large scale change and Adkar processes in a corporate environment is expected. This is a pivotal role within the organisation so they may be flexible on the salary.
Full business change plans - Incorporating Business deliverables, communication plans, business readiness, training, benefits realisation, risk and de-risk strategy, go no-go's, business testing, business unit responsibilities and technical dependencies. Senior stakeholder management is key to this role. Experience in delivering in a small margin business is key, any exposure to FM would be highly desirable. You will need to have Portfolio Management, Relationship Management and Stakeholder Management experience with a solid understanding of Business testing. This is a very business focused role so I need someone who has done something similar in the past. Some of the projects are underpinned by IT but most are not.
