Cyber Security Consultant (Security Risk and Assurance)

Cyber Security Consultant (Security Risk and Assurance) is required by a global organisation in their Basingstoke office.

Cyber Security Consultant (Security Risk and Assurance), you will be joining a growing cyber security team and providing Cyber Security Risk and Assurance guidance to Defence and Government customers. You will be involved in both at the bid stage as well as assisting with established projects.

Essential Skills for the Cyber Security Consultant (Security Risk and Assurance):

  • Hold or be eligible for SC clearance
  • Proven track record of working in Cyber Security & Information Assurance Risk Management
  • Skilled in carrying out Business Impact Analysis
  • Perform Risk Assessments (HMG IS1&2, NIST SP800-37 and CIS RAM)
  • Production of Risk Management Accreditation Document sets (RMADS)
  • Knowledge of the below security Policies and Guidance
    • NCSC Cyber Essentials
    • JSP440, JSP604 (MoD Security Standards/Policies)
    • ISO27001
    • UK Government Security Policy Framework
  • Hold either CISSP, CRISC, CISM or CCP
  • Delivery of Accreditation Document Sets (Security Impact Assessments, Security Targets, RMADS etc)
  • Strong communications skills with excellent customer facing skills
  • Skilled in Security Architecture
  • Experience of delivering a secure set of capabilities in a global organisation previously
  • Have good attention to detail, be driven and self-motivated
  • Experience working in highly regulated industry
