Essential

Significant prior experience building, maintaining and managing change to a Performance Measurement Baseline in MS Project. This includes:

* Running workshops to facilitate the production of Product and Work Breakdown Structures.

* Guiding the team through production of detailed Basis of Estimates for planning purposes - both for activity duration and resource demand - driving a best practice approach through bottom up estimating.

* Ability to efficiently use the BOE to produce a robust, evidence based schedule. Working collaboratively with the team to understand and define the logic and dependencies between activities, including dependencies outside of the project.

* Experience of independently running Schedule Risk Analysis using Predict Risk Analyser. Ability to quickly establish a detailed understanding of the project and associated schedule in order to produce a risk matrix. Ability to identify which activities and milestones will be impacted by which risks and map this within the tool. Ability to understand and analyse complex SRA data, including sensitivity analysis, and support the PM in using this data to make crucial decisions

* Coordinating the team to obtain and input monthly updates to the schedule, including reforecasting of work. Fundamental understanding of critical path analysis and ability to understand the impact of slippages/regain on key milestones.

* Ability to produce and understand Staffing Plans using the resource data within the schedule

* Ability to produce "what if" schedules in order to explore proposed recovery plans, for example via resource smoothing or levelling

* Adhering to the mandated change process and ensuring that any proposed changes are documented, assessed and approved as prescribed
