Project information:
The UI/UX developer will work as part of an agile software delivery team and will be involved in the complete lifecycle of bespoke software and solutions.
This role is very much an outward facing developer role with a need to work closely with user groups, gain an understanding of needs and requirements, build prototypes, provide playbacks and the pivot as needed.
They will work with other developers on the team to gain user by undertaking user interviews, running requirements workshops, and shadowing users. Prototyping and wireframing are key skills as well as tracking, measuring and optimising.

- UX/UI skills
- JavaScript
- Python
- CI/CD
- User research techniques (design thinking, Lean StartUp)
- Wireframe tooling such as Adobe XD, Sketch
- Atlassian tooling such as Jira and Confluence
- Understanding of Agile software delivery frameworks (such as AgilePM, GDS, Scrum) would be useful
- An understanding of our clients' systems and infrastructure would be an advantage but a willingness to develop an understanding is of equal importance.
