SC Lead Business Analyst 5 Months Remote - ad hoc travel to Bristol Our client is focused on building their capability in PLM with experienced consultants delivering their clients projects and provide resources to clients across the full SDLC. The BA competency lead will operate in a major client's scaled agile program to deliver a Teamcenter PLM implementation.The successful candidate will lead the requirements gathering activity, define the process and industry best practices of core PLM processes like Engineering Change Management, design approval, Enterprise application integration and process orchestration.You will take responsibility for ongoing performance of team members within their competence and drives continuous improvement in their domain. The Lead BA must ensure consistency across teams and build a community of practice to further develop skills and share best practice. Essential Skills:Extensive experience as a business analyst working with software / application delivery teams.BCS or equivalent business analysis certificationA proven track record of managing change with customers / clients at senior levels building lasting relationships with product owners / managersEvidence of success account leadership with an ability to plan both strategically and at a detailed levelExperience in delivering systems analysis and determining requirements on applications development projectsExperience of operating in a scaled agile delivery e.g. SaFeExperience in business architectureKnowledge and experience of modelling business and functional requirements preferably within an established/structured methodExperience of leading application designs & specifications: functional and non-functional and of maintaining traceability, throughout.Experience preparing and presenting business cases, invitations to tender and formal statements of requirementsExperience from a major end user / IT Services / consultancy organisationDemonstrate leadership experience coaching and mentoring members of the team.Knowledge and experience of a range of mainstream technology solutions along with an understanding of modern architectural principles including SOACapable of interacting with stakeholders at all levels and creating clear and concise process documentation.Experienced presenter and facilitator with a track record for influencing and guiding customers & users. Desirable Skills:Previous experience delivering PLM systemsA successful track record of presales, proposal writing and bid management is desiredUX&D experience: wireframes, user personas, user stories & user journeysData analysis & modellingWorking with a requirements management solution such as HP-ALM. The successful candidate will hold active SC clearance or be eligible and willing to undergo the relevant checks.
