Our Government Client has a new requirement for an SC Cleared Business Change Manager to assist in scoping, planning, managing and delivering large scale business change against a portfolio of change initiatives across the organisation.

You will be expected to:

  • Define the content and direction of change projects
  • Establish and anchor the change projects to facilitate transition to target state
  • Plan change
  • Manage change
  • Build executive leadership and commitment
  • Ensure change is effectively delivered at the required pace, to the appropriate standards and delivers the required benefits.
  • Manage the implementation of major change initiatives and projects, being accountable for the quality, coordination and implementation of the agreed deliverables to time, cost and quality standards.
  • Act as an ambassador for Product Managers/Owners, championing the customer (internal and external) as part of change delivery.
  • Develop and lead virtual teams whilst working closely with Senior Management to ensure projects are resourced effectively.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Proven leadership experience in the Public Sector/Law Enforcement environment
  • Track record of delivering large scale business change activity
  • Proven experience of applying project and business change management principles/methodologies (including knowledge of Operational Excellence)
  • Possess strong pipeline mobilisation/initiation/planning experience in addition to management of established delivery initiatives
  • Excellent leadership skills across virtual/matrix-managed teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Confident communicator who can build, maintain and influence senior stakeholders and third party suppliers.
