SC cleared Admin Co-ordinator to be based in Corsham on an initial 3 Month contract.

Job Title - SC cleared Admin Co-ordinator

Location - Corsham+ remote

Market rate

Duration - 3 Months

SC cleared or willing to undergo SC clearance

  • Identification and implementation of process improvement in close collaboration with the Operations Team
  • Willingness to be involved in internal practice initiatives e.g. Communications, People & Development, Sales & Marketing, Resourcing & Recruitment

Deliverables

  • Provide extensive diary management support
  • Manage new starter on-boarding including induction scheduling, welcome pack updates and distribution, and IT assistance
  • Provide travel assistance to team where necessary
  • Generate weekly and monthly management information reports, including monthly action taking/tracking
  • Assist with monthly invoicing (upload, coding and accurate processing)
  • Assist with the planning and organising of management offsite meetings and team events/socials
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, room bookings, arranging refreshments, printing & binding
  • Maintain office guide, keeping all operational processes up to date in line with policy and process changes
  • Quality assurance of practice communications, ensuring consistency and compliance of branding and formatting guidelines
  • Support management and account partners with proposal/bid activities
  • Support Resource management function on an adhoc basis, including tracking and updating lists of internal roles; collating and distributing data of available consultants; general admin support.

Skills

  • Highly process driven and able to take ownership of vital elements within Operations
  • Outstanding written communication and proof-reading skills, with excellent attention to detail. Educated to A-level or equivalent
  • Strong verbal communication skills, confident to work with senior management, candidates and external suppliers
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise and deliver under pressure
  • Excellent IT skills - proficient in all Microsoft Office packages
  • Ability to manage upwards
