SAP Plant Maintenance Lead Solution Analyst - Sunbury on Thames - 6-12 Month Contract

My client, a global outsourcing company are currently looking for a SAP PM Solution Analyst to join them in a lead position on one of the Oil and Gas projects they provide services to. The role will be an initial 6-12 month contract based in Sunbury on Thames and can offer from £400-£450 per day.

Role Information/Required Skills:

  • The role will involve working in the SAP PM/WMS Team as a Lead Analyst.
  • You will be expected to carry out a number of the below activities:
  • New design requirements management:
    • Recording items in Clear Quest
    • Managing estimates
    • Release assignment
  • CRB readiness Design progress management:
    • Maintaining up to date Design Tracker
    • Status management
    • Documentation management
  • Weekly team meeting to review design progress:
    • Updates and representation of Work Management team in weekly Design and Build review forum Design quality assurance (cook book / Functional Specification review, System Test review before approval process) Design (requirements gathering, configuration, functional specification, build, System Test, deployment)
  • Deployment of the design:
    • Alignment between SAP environments
  • Progress and timelines monitoring Managing cross-team communication (process, design, build, security, release, data, test factory, support)
  • Drive scope for IT/UT test cycles:
    • Alignment with process and test team
    • Scripts review
    • Scripts approval
    • IT / UT execution support Data Load cycles support (defect resolution, batch job set up)
    • Drive of E2E testing in regions
    • Cutover planning and execution (Regional and Release) ELS support
  • In addition to the above the candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience of IS-Oil would be beneficial.
