Salesforce Business Analyst to be based in Nottingham on an initial 3 Month contract. Experienced Business Analyst with excellent experience with must have ADM201 (Admin) certification and Service Cloud experience.

Job Title - Salesforce Business Analyst

Location - Nottingham with travel to London

Rate - £ 450 per day

Duration - 3 Months with extension

Job Description:

Being part of our client as a Technical Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for building and delivering world-class platforms for our customers on as part of a fast growing network of technology delivery experts. In this role you will demonstrate your deep expertise using to maximise the use of configuration in the delivery of tailored solutions that have minimal coding.

The suitable candidate is expected to be certified in and experienced in delivery of enterprise projects on the platform. You should be able to fully utilise OOB features, designing solutions to tailor the base product to meet clients' needs.

The right candidate will be experienced in client facing roles, demonstrating understanding and ability to use both AGILE-scrum and Waterfall delivery methods.

You will be expected to communicate clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences and to work effectively as a member of a dynamic delivery team. Leading client demonstrations, documenting requirements and processes clearly and providing close support for business testing are all important parts of this role as a Technical Business Analyst.

This role will require the candidate to work from Nottingham, 3 days a week. The other two days can be negotiated.


  • This is a senior role so minimum of 6-10 years of Salesforce, predominantly Service Cloud is crucial
  • Support the delivery manager in the development of key project artefacts i.e. RAID log, project plans, sprint logs, user stories.
  • Configuration of OOB Salesforce to the maximum extent achievable without coding, ability to provide alternative to the customer while communicating the value and challenges of each.
  • Update JIRA user stories with clear analysis and design information
  • Support development of user stories with the Experian Model Office team
  • Leading requirement gathering workshops /playback sessions
  • Working with delivery of solutions with technical teams to ensure adherence to requirements.
  • Working as part of both Waterfall and Agile delivery teams
  • Demonstration of solution to business stakeholders and product owners.

Must Have:

  • ADM201 (Admin) certification
  • Salesforce Certificate Consultant (Service Cloud)
  • Deep experience of Agile (preferably using Jira)
  • Experience of several real-world client deliveries
  • Clear & confident technical/functional communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving abilities


  • ADM211 (Adv. Admin) Certification
  • ITIL Foundation
  • Agile/SCRUM certification
  • Continuous Integrated Testing experience (Jenkins or similar)
  • Automated testing
