My client are currently recruiting for an experience Software support customer service representative to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business and assist with a number of customer queries helping to grow and maintain their client satisfaction index.

What skills do I need?

In order to be successful in this role you will require the following skills:

  • Customer service experience within the financial sector
  • Experience supporting software solutions and financial systems for basic queries
  • Strong telephone communication experience
  • Experience upselling products on inbound and outbound calls
  • Order and cancellation process experience
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of UK financial sector
  • End use contact experience
