What skills do I need?
In order to be successful in this role you will require the following skills:
- Customer service experience within the financial sector
- Experience supporting software solutions and financial systems for basic queries
- Strong telephone communication experience
- Experience upselling products on inbound and outbound calls
- Order and cancellation process experience
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of UK financial sector
- End use contact experience
