Sales Operations Manager 6 Months Initially Telford (Currently Remote) £420p/d The Sales Operations Manager role is to manage the day to day running of the Sales Operations team and work closely with the Head of Sales Operations. They will support and overview the provision of data and analysis to the Head of Sales Operations to help the smooth and efficient running of the Innovate & Transform team. Day to Day Responsibilities:People leadership of the Sales Operations team, including the performance cycle, training requirements and daily task prioritisation and management.The production and review of CRM data, forecasting & pipeline management, analysis & production of ad-hoc reporting, and BD spend analysis.To drive the design and implementation of standard team processes and templates (leverage wider UK processes and best practice).Improvement to the Pipeline process including CBOS development, reporting and implementation of THOR. Where possible support the creation of industrialised real time management reporting (e.g. Power BI).Maintain all key documentation, guidance, sales artefacts, templates and process flow, ensuring all are up to date.To ensure all sales data & reporting is accurate.Build and maintain key stakeholder relationshipsSkills:Understanding of Sales process.Experience of weekly and monthly reporting and analysis.Experience in producing accurate information for presentations.Experience in production and review of accurate month-end information for presentation at Cost and Sales M Reviews.
