Sales & Marketing Advisor - 6 Months - Brentford

My client is seeking a Sales & Marketing Advisor to join their multinational company to provide world-class experiences that will help the worldwide sales organisation build customer relationships, uncover new opportunities, and close deals. You will have the opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders on a national level as they serve as a change agent for continuous improvement with an ever-evolving organisation.


  • You will evaluate briefing based on sales impact, revenue potential, level of attendees, market segmentation, stage in sales cycle, etc.
  • You will initiate strategic consultative discussions with sales teams to understand customers' needs as well as outline clear goals and develop customized agendas for briefings
  • You will coordinate with subject matter experts (aka Discussion Leaders) in the region to support briefings
  • You will manage end-to-end briefing process from pre-briefing to post-briefing including but not limited to: planning calls with sales teams and resources, agenda building, calendar management, session and resource consultation, feedback and follow-up
  • You will consistently maintain a dynamic and high paced workload, balancing conflicting priorities while delivering exceptional results
  • You will be meeting executive briefing quality and quantity-based performance metrics and SLAs
  • You will collaborate with colleagues globally to identify and implement opportunities to improve the briefing program
  • You will work with 10+ colleagues in the EMEA team to plan briefings in our Executive Briefing Centres in EMEA (Brentford, UK; and Cork, Ireland) as well as in the field locations across EMEA

  • You will have a Bachelor's Degree in a similar role or in marketing
