The successful candidate will be an Analyst with experience in reward or HR/People Analytics. Daily tasks:Will include working on creating bonus models for various business areas for implementation as part of Salary Review 2020You will be liaising closely with current Reward Analyst and key stakeholders in the business in identifying needs for bonus models (eligibility, % based on level etc), designing proposed models in line with requirements and budget, then working on refining/ finalising modelsWorking with our HR Technology teams to get bonus proposals uploaded into the salary review pages on People PortalSupporting with other ad hoc salary review analysis as necessary Required skills include:Advanced excel skills (i.e. completely competent in advanced formulae, VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) Suitable candidates should submit their CV in the first instance.
