Role Description

Our Client is a multinational telecommunications company with operations in around 180 countries. We are seeking a Resourcing Lead to join our client to support the Programme Lead on a global Finance and Procurement transformation programme.

The individual will manage recruitment tracking and drive hiring of a multidisciplinary core team (process, data, org design, systems, change and communications) which is implementing a simplified and standardised landscape across a Group Finance function.

The scope of the role is to manage all programme recruitment, the programme has around sixty to eighty vacancies to fulfil over a 12-month period via a blend of agency, fixed term and permanent roles. The programme is a fast-paced environment and there is a need for a skilled Recruiter to partner and coach hiring managers, PMO and finance business partners, and to own, track and drive the hiring of key positions alongside the dedicated HR teams.

Accountabilities:

  • Work with the programme leadership to identify recruitment needs and plan accordingly
  • Work with HR and Finance to gain approvals for roles, and tracking progress from role requirement to hire.
  • Maintain and enhance the vacancy tracking process.
  • Ensure hiring managers are actively recruiting to plan and escalate where not.
  • Support development of Job Specifications and agency briefings
  • Provide initial sift of CV's where needed
  • Support the interview process and attend interviews where needed
  • Engage with line managers the PMO and HR for on-boarding
  • Recruitment related decisions to keep project on track / escalate if required

Essential skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, constructively engaging with team (written and verbal).
  • Able to work at pace, producing accurate quality deliverables on time.
  • Able to manage multiple recruitment's simultaneously and engage with senior people in the programme.
  • Excellent recruitment background and have managed Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) programme recruitment.
  • Excel and PowerPoint skills

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience of complex finance transformation projects spanning multiple years and in a multidivisional global organisation.
  • MICM or other people qualification
