Relationship Manager - Canary Wharf

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Relationship Manager to join a global blue-chip company that provides market leading software and services for risk, legal and tax into some of the world's biggest FTSE companies. This is a vital position that supports opportunity accounts that will open significant opportunities within the business as well as ensuring development on an individual basis. The role is therefore best suited to a highly motivated individual who is ambitious for personal success.

As a Relationship Manager within this company you will focus on retention, whilst also developing new business opportunities from an existing base of clients across Corporate organisations. You will manage an account base of 250 account with an existing revenue of £1.5 million.

Responsibilities

  • Renew, cross and up-sell across an existing client base to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Have regular account management calls with clients, a minimum of quarterly touch-points.
  • Plan and prioritise sales activities and customer contact towards achieving agreed business goals
  • Responding to customer queries in a timely fashion to enhance and develop stronger customer relationships
  • Demonstrate online and software products and successfully manage trials to sale
  • Daily update of all CRM systems

Required Experience

  • Experience working in a KPI driven sales environment
  • Experience with subscription sales
  • Motivated and self-confident approach
  • Strong people skills and understanding what motivates people
  • Highly comfortable with technology and online research systems
  • High focus on customer service and satisfaction
  • Good networking & relationship building abilities
  • Proven reporting and account planning abilities
