The Job

You will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of property operations for the sites in accordance with all legal and regulatory frameworks, to enable users to continue to occupy and undertake business as usual in a safe and efficient manner.

Leading the site team you will ensure that all customer requirements are delivered to time, cost and quality, and in a safe manner.

Through prioritising work, reconciling conflicting demands, reviewing and revising timing of you will deliver the sites budget within the agreed timeframes and deadlines.

You will ensure your team are proactive, trained and engaged team ensuring that the company principles are embedded within the team. As a team you will breed a culture of continuous improvement and ensure that best practice is shared across the business.

By fully understand the current provision of services and utilities on site you will identify any future requirements with a key focus on establishing the condition and likely works required to improve the facilities in the future.

Taking the lead on distinct elements as set out by the Property Operations Manager you will produce relevant documentation to aid project progression, inclusive of scope of works, risk registers, audits etc.

The Fit

Knowledge and implementation of health & safety and environmental legislation is critical for this role including knowledge of all relevant UK Regulatory Bodies, Local Authorities and associated legislation

Experience of delivering FM Service with the ability to be appointed as an Authorised Person

The ability to question and challenge current maintenance regimes and services to deliver added value for money
Sound experience with dealing in subcontractor services (scope, cost and delivery) ensuring delivery of VFM and QHSE standards

An understanding of the principles of contract management and experience of procurement of suppliers including the following areas: Service Delivery Management, Relationship Management and Contract Administration

Good stakeholder management and the ability to develop productive working relationships with a wide range of people across all levels, having sound and strong interpersonal skills to deal with the team and a very diverse customer base

A track record in successfully managing teams and dealing with conflict / poor performance

The ability to manage a diverse workload
