They are looking to hire an Regional Account Manager to serve as a key regional point of contact for their world-leading suite of Tax Accounting Software.You will support clients in Europe on all aspects of their relationship with the business, including product support, contracting, and training. Ensuring the right resources across the organisation are engaged to deliver the highest level of service to these strategic clients. What's on offer?Competitive salary up to £81,000 per annum, plus 10% bonusFlexible benefits including pension scheme, cycle to work and private healthcarePermanent position with a true industry leaderGenuine career progression opportunities in this global organisationIconic offices in Canary Wharf About your new roleKey duties will include:Support the delivery of revenue retention targets in conjunction with the entire account team.Deliver migration plans on time and with a superior customer experience.Maintain regular communications with the broader account team to ensure that the client is receiving superior service and support.For each major renewal, work with the account team to deliver a proactive strategy for achieving the maximum revenue return. Ensure that we deliver what we commit to.Deliver a superior customer experience to Tax customers at the largest accounting firms in the UK and Europe. Deploy specialized knowledge of our products to manage the daily relationship with clients.Ensure smooth client migrations to the next generation of products. Serve as the single point of contact for clients; field questions, identify pain points that need to be solved, and escalate when necessary to ensure smooth and on-time migrationProvide on-the-ground intelligence to sales and relationship managers with opportunities to grow the relationship; proactively identify areas of risk and work with the Global Client Leads and Lead Account Managers to address.Execute on contracts to ensure that each customer's specific terms and conditions are followed.
