We are actively looking to secure an efficient and diligent Administrator to join Experis.

Job Purpose

We require a strong Administrator to join the team here at Experis, working onsite with one of our prestigious Naval clients based in Devonport. The purpose of the post is to support the recruitment team with escorting candidates and administration of the recruitment processes, in line with agreed standards and timescales.

Your Key Responsibilities

The HR Administrator tasks and responsibilities are to support the business and the HR Shared Services team in the following areas:

  • Escorting candidates around the site during the recruitment process
  • Support administration of processes
  • Any other duties within their competency
  • To interface with the Resourcing team/Experis account manager as required
  • To provide recruitment services in accordance with service level agreements and as directed by the Team Leader Recruitment

Your skills:

  • Strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Experience of working to SLA's within a fast pace environment
  • Ability to multi task, be flexible and be able to adapt to change
  • Experienced in working across multiple systems and advanced experience of Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of the end to end recruitment process and experience of working an HR system (SuccessFactors), or equivalent would be advantageous
  • Previous Recruitment experience would also be beneficial
