We are passionate about training, technology and career development.Job PurposeWe require a strong Administrator to join the team here at Experis, working onsite with one of our prestigious Naval clients based in Devonport. The purpose of the post is to support the recruitment team with escorting candidates and administration of the recruitment processes, in line with agreed standards and timescales.Your Key ResponsibilitiesThe HR Administrator tasks and responsibilities are to support the business and the HR Shared Services team in the following areas:Escorting candidates around the site during the recruitment processSupport administration of processesAny other duties within their competencyTo interface with the Resourcing team/Experis account manager as requiredTo provide recruitment services in accordance with service level agreements and as directed by the Team Leader RecruitmentYour skills:Strong administration skills and excellent attention to detailExcellent written and communication skillsExperience of working to SLA's within a fast pace environmentAbility to multi task, be flexible and be able to adapt to changeExperienced in working across multiple systems and advanced experience of Excel and WordKnowledge of the end to end recruitment process and experience of working an HR system (SuccessFactors), or equivalent would be advantageousPrevious Recruitment experience would also be beneficialSuitable Candidates should submit CVs in the first instance.
