We have a career opportunity for a talented, driven and proactive Recruitment Marketing Manager to join our in-house agency. This role is aligned with two of our largest, blue-chip, enterprise clients in the Defence sector and will be responsible for all attraction and recruitment activities for experienced hires, nationwide.

What the role involves:

  • Help design the recruitment marketing strategies and manage the creative development of all marketing assets.
  • Oversee and manage the activation, optimisation and data analytics of all attraction campaigns.
  • Senior stakeholder management (senior level), both internally and externally with clients.
  • Act as the employer brand guardian for all comms, digital assets and marketing collateral.
  • Budget management including spend, reporting and delivering ROI.
  • Project management of employer brand and candidate attraction campaigns.

Who we're looking for:

You are an Account Manager, Employer Brand or Recruitment Marketing Specialist/Manager working within an agency or in-house. You are looking for your next opportunity and want to grow your career with a global brand and manage large enterprise accounts where your expertise matters.

  • An all-rounded Individual Contributor with employer brand and recruitment marketing experience.
  • Proven experience in budget management, commercial awareness and project management.
  • Senior stakeholder management, proven experience with internal and client stakeholders.
  • Technical expertise, understanding the media landscape and being comfortable with data.
  • A creative individual who is self-motivated and strives for excellence.
  • Agile and flexible as you may be called to support with other clients or campaigns outside your day-day.
