The Role
So, what will you be doing?
As a Recruitment Delivery Consultant for Manpower, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, assessing and securing candidates in support of some huge accounts in the Driving and Logistics remit. This is very much a client facing role and a great opportunity to learn and develop.
Day to day you'll be working closely with clients to understand their staffing requirements and you'll be proactive in screening, registering and on-boarding good candidates, ensuring efficiency and a quick turnaround time. This role will require you to spend time on site working closely and building relationships with these clients to ensure future success. You'll be mostly office based (post COVID) and will need to be comfortable communicating over the phone.

- Previous experience in a customer/ client facing role is essential
- You'll need to be a strong communicator, comfortable making outbound calls and good email communication
- You'll be driven and passionate about performing at your highest standard
- You'll be highly organised
- You'll be proactive and solutions focused
- You'll need to own a car and be able to reach client sites that aren't accessible via public transport
- Ability to build strong and effective networks
- Good time management skills with ability to multi-task
