We are actively looking to secure an efficient and diligent Recruitment Coordinator to join Experis.

Job Purpose

We require a Recruitment Coordinator to join the team here at Experis, working onsite with one of our prestigious Investment and Asset Management clients based in Edinburgh. You would be part of the client's permanent Talent Acquisition onsite team providing a high quality service across the end to end recruitment support and on boarding process. The team are responsible for processing and delivering a high quality efficient administrative service for permanent opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising direct with candidates when appropriate
  • Telephone Screening where necessary
  • Coordinating and Scheduling Interviews
  • Managing various admin tasks on the clients Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for example, moving applicants through the workflow on allocated positions, posting job adverts on internal and external careers sites
  • Managing the mailbox, trackers, escalating any issues and responding to any queries

Your skills:

  • Strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Experience of working to SLA's within a fast pace environment
  • Ability to multi task, be flexible and be able to adapt to change
  • Experienced in working across multiple systems and advanced experience of Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of the end to end recruitment process and experience of working a ATS (Taleo), or equivalent would be advantageous
  • Previous Recruitment experience would also be beneficial
