Recruitment and Sales Coordinator required to join a FTSE 100 organisation based in Leamington Spa, providing a clear and effective recruitment journey for learner embarking on Work Based Learning programmes within the Automotive sector. The role will support the apprentices from the introductory stage all the way through to on-boarding and training.

Salary: £18,000 - £25,000 per year + commission + potential 10% annual bonus.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential learners for required vacancies
  • Attend client and other stakeholder meetings ensuring an excellent working relationship.
  • Able to work to required targets agreed.
  • Communicate effectively with learners and ensure the recruitment process is kept clear and transparent throughput the entire process.
  • Offer advice at application and interview stage for all applicants.

Skills and experience requirements

  • Able to conduct yourself in a professional manner on the phone and in person
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales environment
  • Flexibility around travel requirements
  • Good organisational skills and ability to prioritize workloads
