My Client, a multinational defence technology company, is looking for an experienced Receptionist, to join the team in Malvern for an initial 6 month contract.

This role is to cover maternity leave for one of the full time Reception team at Malvern. Initially for a 6 month period and thereafter possibly extended on a monthly basis up to a maximum of 12 months. The working pattern is 0730-1600 Monday to Thursday and 0730-1500 on a Friday.

Key Activities:

  • To undertake a multi-disciplined Reception role, in order to ensure a well-polished, professional office environment.
  • With this being very customer facing, this role is pivotal in giving a proficient first and last impression of the Client.
  • To meet and greet all staff and visitors in a polite and efficient manner, liaise with the visitors host and issue the correct temporary pass depending on their clearance level giving them access to the Site.
  • Issue permanent site passes to members of staff and arrange the correct access to the various buildings as appropriate.
  • Liaise with the Security office to ensure correct clearances for visitors/contractors. Act as custodian for Hire Car keys.
  • Dealing with telephone enquiries.
  • To keep the Reception office looking presentable at all times, raising any jobs where necessary with Group Property.
  • Various ad hoc tasking from the Team Lead to support the wider Business Admin Services Team

Must have:

Previous Reception office experience, computer literate, able to work alone as well as part of a team, excellent customer service skills, flexible, good communication skills, mature and confident personality, maintain discretion and confidentiality.
