R2R Data Reconciliation SME (Record to Report)

An R2R Data Reconciliation SME (Record to Report) is required to join a multinational telecommunications client. This role will be based in London with remote working, on a 12-month contract.
About the role:
This role focuses on reconciling converted data as part of a global Finance and Procurement Transformation programme, which replaces the client's old finance systems. The transformation will involve the implementation of an SAP/HANA platform.
Experience:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Data conversion experience within a multinational organisation and should have worked on a large, complex project
- FICO or PS Functional expertise
- Extensive experience of data reconciliation, finance data conversion (systems and process) experience
- Enterprise scale experience (preferably SAP/HANA).
- An ability to work collaboratively with data and process teams and Subject Matter Experts
Project System, Cash Management or Asset Management experience
- Experience of producing accurate quality deliverables on time.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
As part of your role, you will:
- Support business data reconciliation activities for mock data cycles and cutover working with CFU/CU Transformation Leads and data SPOCs.
- Support reconciliation requirements and the development of relevant reports and dashboards for legacy data and transformed data
- Support data reconciliation and cleanse coordinators responsible to drive business reconciliation and sign-off.
- Work with MFB Data Leads and the technology team to drive the completeness of reconciliation instructions, reports, and system roles
- Execute reconciliation plans against timelines aligned to the MFB programme.
- Identify reconciliation reporting and system role gaps.
- Support escalated sign off, of business data reconciliation for CFU/CUs.
Desirable but not essential:
- Qualified / Part Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA)
