Quality Business Change Team Leader

Location: Flexible, Andover, Warminster Bovington

Experis are currently recruiting for a Quality Improvement Project Business Change Leader to work for one of the UK's largest Engineering Support services organisations.

The Quality Improvement Programme (QIP) is a programme of activity to provide a framework for developing and improving the organisations QMS and it's application.

You will be expected to work with a programme manager to ensure that the work of the programme creates a sustainable improvement in the quality of outputs.

What will be expected of you:

  • Developing a business change management and communications strategy, approach and plan to ensure the successful implementation, adoption and embedding of the outputs from the QIP
  • Reporting on progress against plans for change and communications.
  • Managing change management projects.
  • Specifying the requirements for, and commissioning the production and delivery of, training required to support the implementation of new and revised processes in support of the QMS.
  • Identifying, defining and tracking the benefits and outcomes required of the programme.
  • Producing a benefits realisation plan.
  • Establishing and leading the implementation of the mechanisms by which benefits can be realised and measured

What you must have:


  • Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant industry experience.
  • Change management experience, including communications, engagement and behavioural and cultural change.
  • Practical experience of having successfully developed, implemented and embedded quality focused processes in large engineering organisations.
  • Experience of business processes analysis, mapping and improvement
  • Practical knowledge and experience of business change approaches and techniques and their practical application
  • Thorough knowledge and use of IT and the Internet (Microsoft Office, Visio, SharePoint, Q-Pulse)
  • Establishing and sustaining change within an organisation concentrating on employee development and behavioural and culture change
  • Effective marketing and communication skills to sell the programme vision, benefits and principal changes to staff at all levels of the organisation
