The world's leading information and intelligence organisation are looking for a QA Analyst to lead the testing of their eLearning capability that is implemented throughout some of the world's leading financial organisations.

For this role you need to have experience of:
- Manual Testing of eLearning products
- Writing Test Scripts/ Cases

Position Overview - Senior Quality Assurance
The Senior Quality Assurance work closely with our clients, instructional designers and designers to build and implement training strategies that can help enhance client business performance. They develop specialized expertise; strategic, industry, functional, technical in a diverse project environment that offers multiple opportunities for career growth. While the specific type of learning and training materials created can vary, it generally aligns to, compliance, financial risk and systems integration.

Responsibilities include
Leads and provides Quality Assurance to one or more teams
Responsible for requirements analysis, test planning activities, writing test cases/scripts, test case automation
Execution of all required testing (which may include functionality testing, integration testing, LMS testing, and acceptance testing) to ensure that the eLearning product meets business requirements
Leads and Provides guidance for continuous process improvement programs;

Essential Requirements
Strong Attention to Details (ATD);
Analytical and Problem Solving Skills;
Experience in testing eLearning products on multiple platforms and devices;
Preparing Test Plans and Test Cases;
Reporting, Categorization, and Analysis of Defects;
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and standards such as SCORM or AICC;
Exposure to testing eLearning products for SCORM on SCORM Cloud or SCORM testing tool such as SCORM Player;
Familiarity with QA bug tracker such as Mantis, JIRA;
Closure and resolution of bugs with the development team;
Skilled in using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
Preparing test report and test execution summary report;
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;

Desirable Requirements
Desire to work in a financial and risk environment;
Knowledge and experience in Responsive Design testing;
Should have team management experience;
Familiarity with Accessibility testing and Screen Reading software such as JAWS;
